Thank you for choosing something handcrafted from Little Memories. Many of our pieces are made or personalised individually, which means we give each order the time and attention it deserves.
Please order ahead of time. We’re unable to accommodate urgent orders, particularly for personalised or handcrafted pieces. If you’re ordering for a birthday, wedding or another special date, please keep the preparation time below in mind.
Payment & order confirmation
Due to the personalised nature of our products, and the respectful handling of the Holy Quran in selected pieces, Little Memories does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Full advance payment is required
Your order is confirmed and added to our preparation schedule once the full order value and applicable delivery charges have been received through our available secure payment channels.
How long will my order take?
Preparation time depends on the piece you choose. Some products are ready within a few working days, while our more detailed handcrafted and personalised designs naturally need a little longer.
Please allow approximately two weeks for preparation. Sundays and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.
These personalised pieces usually need around three weeks. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the preparation period.
These items are generally prepared within 5–7 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges & coverage
We’ve kept our delivery charges simple so you know exactly what to expect before your order is confirmed.
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 300 applies to orders delivered within all provinces of Pakistan.
Spend more than Rs. 10,000 PKR and your standard delivery is complimentary.
Little Memories currently ships within Pakistan only. International delivery is not available at this time.
When your order is ready
Once your order is complete and ready to leave us, we’ll send you a confirmation message with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
After dispatch, your parcel will be in the care of TCS. We’ll make every effort to prepare and dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, but the exact delivery date will depend on the courier and your destination.
If you need your order for a particular occasion, please allow some extra time between the estimated preparation date and the day you actually need it.
