    We accept payments via bank transfers from all banks in Pakistan, as well as through mobile payment applications. International payments are also accepted for deliveries within Pakistan. Please note that all our products are made-to-order, so orders are only confirmed after payment is received. Unfortunately, we do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
    The lead time for each product varies by category. Since most of our products are custom-made to order, please keep the estimated delivery times in mind when purchasing.
    Divine Islamic Treasure & Memories Preserved Frames: 10-12 working days (approximately 2 weeks), excluding public holidays and Sundays.
    Custom Acrylic Creations: 14-21 working days (approximately 3 weeks), excluding public holidays and Sundays.
    Signature Sets & Timeless Stationery: 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

    At this time, we only ship within Pakistan.
    We offer a flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 200 PKR for orders within all provinces of Pakistan.
    Shipping charges may vary based on the weight of your package and will be communicated to you via text or email by our customer support team.
    After placing your order, you will receive updates via email, including details of your purchase, its preparation, and shipping status.

    Yes, we offer bulk discounts for large orders, including corporate gifts, events, or other special occasions.

    Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase. If you realize an error with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the changes. After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
    Since our products are customized specifically for your order, we have a detailed exchange and refund policy.

    We strongly recommend returning items via a registered, trackable service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused! If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the mistake, and any photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
    We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed, and the shipping address cannot be changed.
    Yes, we’d love to help you add a personal touch to your order. In most packages, you will have the option to include a personalized message that will be included with your package.
    Each purchase includes a Product Care Card with specific instructions for maintaining your item. Please read through it and follow the care instructions provided.
    Yes, all of our Qurans, available in various sizes and styles, are sourced from top, reputable Quranic publishers worldwide. We ensure that each Quran is authentic, verified, and meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.All of our Qurans are sourced from trusted, verified publishers with a strong commitment to authenticity.
    We ensure that every Quran we offer is genuine, free from errors, and accompanied by details about the publisher and certification of authenticity. However, it’s important to note that while we strive for perfection, minor human or publication errors—such as slight ink fading, page misprints, or occasional duplication or missing pages—can occasionally occur even in high-quality print runs.
    We always encourage customers to inspect their Qurans upon receipt to ensure complete satisfaction.
    Yes, we offer Qurans in beautiful, gift-ready packaging, making them perfect for special occasions such as weddings, Ramadan, Eid, and other milestones. These editions often come with thoughtful accessories like bookmarks, prayer beads, or elegant gift boxes for presentation.

    Currently, we do not offer Qurans with both the Arabic script and translations in all languages. However, we are continuously working on expanding our collection of The Holy Qurans featuring the Arabic script alongside translations in languages such as Urdu, French, German, and more, making the Quran accessible to non-Arabic speakers.
    Additionally, we have Qurans available in Arabic script only, in various sizes, to suit different preferences.
    All custom signs come wrapped in a protective film. Please keep the wrap on until your event to prevent scratches, fingerprints, or dust.
    • If you need to remove the wrap, make sure to cover the signs during travel to protect them.
    • For hand-painted signs, do not stack them directly on top of each other without something in between to avoid sticking.

    • Cleaning:
      • Printed Signs: Use a glass cleaner or microfiber cloth and gently wipe. Avoid using alcohol, as it may remove the lettering.
      • 3D Signs: Use a dusting cloth or brush to gently remove dust from the 3D elements. For the rest of the sign, you can wipe it with a soft cloth.
    Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any defects or issues with your purchase that are not related to misuse or damage during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
